Returns & Exchanges

At Dragonsteel Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
